    321 Fence was a nearby neighbor's house finishing up a job and I asked if the man could come give me a bid. I told him, "How I had called a number of other companies (no response or a long wait time), but I hadn't called 321 Fence yet." Pleasantly enough, the man (Micah) stopped what he was doing and followed me back to my house. We walked the yard and talked about roughly where the fence would be located. I took Micah's card and sent my contact information by text message, and he told me I could expect a bid later tonight or tomorrow at the latest. Micah was good to his word and sent the bid later that evening. The bid was a great price, and the work could be done in two weeks. I did get the fencing permit from the City of Faribault during the wait time and the job was a "Go." Micah and his co-worker come onsite marked out the property and installed the 230 feet of fence in one day! To say I was surprised and shocked is an understatement. I had a prior fence put in and it was two-week process with concrete footings, etc. This is not the case with 321 Fence, and my dogs were happy to have the run of the yard finally.     Micah was a great guy to work with, gave us a quote within our budget and did a great job. 1st replaced our whole yard with new fencing and completed the job in 1 day. Excellent job very happy.     Our repair was purely aesthetic from a poor install by a previous contractor. Several panels that all needed straightening. Micah developed a solid plan for repair on the fly and improved the look and function in a day. Very impressed and will use him again should the need arise. See more See less

    Working with Micah was a really quick and easy experience. I called thinking that I would be put on a list and maybe get a fence in the middle of the summer, and he was able to come and put in the fence the next week. I didn't have to do anything. Micah called the water and gas companies. All I had to do was tell him where to put the fence. Micah was also easy going and easy to talk to. Big fan. See more See less
